What is the purpose of nitrogen filling protection for air conditioning copper pipes?

Hazards of unprotected welding: There is not enough nitrogen to fill the refrigerant pipe being welded during brazing, and oxides will be produced on the inner surface of the copper pipe. These oxides will cause the blockage of the refrigerant system and cause the compressor lubricating oil to deteriorate. This can lead to various failures such as compressor burnout and poor air conditioning effect. To avoid these problems, continue to flow nitrogen gas through the refrigerant tube during brazing, and ensure that nitrogen gas flows through the solder joint being operated until the end of the soldering process and the copper tube is completely cooled. The nitrogen pressure should not be too large, otherwise it will easily cause bubbles and trachoma in the solder joints or even fail to weld.
The practice of nitrogen-filled pipe joints: When welding pipe parts, please connect the nitrogen-filled pipe joints to the welded pipe parts.
